Annual Upgrade/Support Subscriptions As a member of our support program, your center will receive priority responses and service to all inquiries. Annual support subscribers receive TutorTrac upgrades as they become available.
$749 per year, includes unlimited online training, unlimited technical support, and unlimited software upgrades during subscription year. Subscribers also receive annual modules at no extra cost or a substantial savings for a limited release period (Previously discounted modules: SurveyTrac, Whiteboard, SAGE). Subscribers also receive minor modifications as necessary (please discuss with technical support) as well as import scripts from your SIS system. Subscribers also receive substantial discounts for our annual TutorTrac conference in Arizona.
In addition, $50 per year for each install module not including SSL will be added to the support agreement. For example, if you have TutorTrac and SAGE, it would be $799 per year.
Additional Modules
TutorTrac may utilize available modules to configure its operations.
SSL Module:
Redrock Software offers an SSL Module that encrypts all traffic to and from the browser using the https protocol.
This is an additional module that is purchased separately and we issue an SSL certificate (duration 20 years) with Redrock Software as the issuer. You would have to add Redrock to your list of trusts.
The price for the SSL Server Module is $695.
SurveyTrac Module:
Redrock Software offers the SurveyTrac Module that allows you to create and send email surveys to the clients that visit your center.
This is an additional module that is purchased separately. This module allows you to create an unlimited number of surveys with an unlimited number of questions that may be displayed onscreen or emailed as the result of a visit to a particular center. The SurveyTrac module offers great flexibility in designing specific questionnaires for specific centers and services offered.
The price for the SurveyTrac Module is $695.
SAGE Early Warning System Module:
SAGE is a tool that allows professors, or other persons using TutorTrac to indicate that a certain student is having difficulties and requires special attention. These "referrals" can be coordinated with events and actions and much more!
The price for the SAGE Module is $695.
LabTrac Data Management:
LabTrac logs in and out students, tracks usage, visit reasons and all other demographics. LabTrac actually "locks" the computer until a valid student ID is entered.
LabTrac Server: $2,495 with 7 labs
Additional Labs: $295 per lab
WhiteBoard Online Tutoring Module:
WhiteBoard links you with your students in online chat, drawing, and discussion boards. Use WhiteBoard for online tutoring, advising, distance education, SI and more! Priced extremely competitively, this module tracks each session content, and all relevant data.
Limited: $695 (one concurrent online session)
Unlimited: $1,495
